Organised by the Qatar Poland Business Council in cooperation with Qatar Chamber and the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Doha, the roundtable featured the participation of Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive and Chairman of Qatar Tourism H E Akbar Al Baker, and Chief Executive Officer of the Investment Promotion Agency of Qatar (IPA Qatar) H E Sheikh Ali Alwaleed Al Thani, along with a number of senior businessmen, investors, heads and representatives of major Qatari and Polish companies specialized in various fields.
The roundtable proceedings included a discussion session and presentations on the business environment in Qatar and Poland. The talks also featured the investment opportunities available to companies and businessmen, in addition to shining a spotlight on a number of investment sectors available in both countries.
The roundtable seeks to enhance trade, investment and industrial cooperation between the two nations. It also aims at opening horizons for communication between representatives of the Qatari and Polish private sectors to establish investment projects that serve both countries’ interests.
